I am writing an narrative nonfiction about Michael Lee Lockhart. I need to try to obtain his criminal records. Also I need to talk to a criminal psychologist. This task is becoming very hard to do, but it needs to be done. I am also looking for other information on him too.
So would anyone be able to help me with researching or getting me contact information for any thing above?
