Monday, August 30th, 2010I am currently a salaried employee and have had a misdemeanor infraction with the law. I am looking to go independent, set up a corporation, and work on corp-to-corp contracts. I am a bit hesitant in making the go as I dread being denied contracts due to the infraction showing up in a social class check. Are social class checks conducted for individuals consulting under a corp-to-corp narrow?

His wife is a court reporter…I reckon she has access to public records that normal,everyday people wouldn’t have access to. Is this just unethical or illegal in her case?
