When most employers do criminal social class checks, they only search city, district, and state records. For federal records the FBI database must be accessed and the social class check becomes more expensive, so many employers do not bother. If anyone knows more info on this…..please let me know.
In Missouri Criminal records are posted online, and you can’t get a job hardly anywhere if you have a felony.
I’ve heard that employers usually don’t do social class checks on the makings job candidates since of laziness and the costs that are associated to social class checks. But, employers do backgrounds checks only when they want to fire an employee. How right is this?

What site or service provider (if any) do most employers use to run pre-employment criminal social class checks? Also, if a conviction is had in 1 state, will the record of it show up on a social class check performed in a different state?
